The thing is, people think they don’t have time to do things, but the truth is, they are just procrastinating and doing other things that aren’t as valuable. It’s all about being disciplined and becoming consistent in everything you do. In this episode, I tell you my top tips on how to get sh*t done.

The reason your procrastinating is probably because of the thoughts in your mind and the feelings that do or don’t come along with the thing you have to do. It’s about understanding what is actually stopping you from doing what you have to do. I can give you all the strategies in the world to use, but if you have not worked on your thoughts then you may still not implement them.
It’s beautiful to know we have the power to change our thoughts that will eventually change our actions. Don’t let your future self-down and don’t skip out on tasks you need to do!! Commit, trust yourself, make it non-negotiable and go for it!
