Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation

If, after signing up to this program, but before attending the 2-day Follow Me Intensive Workshop (“2-day”), you change your mind, you may cancel this agreement. Any amounts you have paid prior to the date of cancellation, including the $1300 deposit, will be non-refundable. We will however, release you from any further payments.

A lot of planning and preparation goes into the VIP Membership.

Cancellation must be notified to us in writing by email, no less than 21 days prior to the start of the 2-day, otherwise all amounts under this agreement will be payable, even if you do not attend the 2-day.

The services offered in the VIP package are a package deal, and once the 2-day has been attended, all money under the package is payable, even if you elect not to take advantage of the bonuses included in the VIP package. This agreement cannot be cancelled after you have attended the 2-day.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any 2-day event, should exceptional circumstances require us to do so. In such an event we will work with you to book you into a different 2-day, on a date that suits you. No refunds will be given and the payment plan agreed to will still need to be complied with, if this happens.

If you need to reschedule your attendance at the 2-day, we will work with you to help you find an alternative 2-day date that suits you. If you reschedule within 3 weeks of the 2-day, we will need to raise a booking change fee of $500.

 

Installation Payments

If we have agreed that you may pay by instalment, you must pay each instalment to us in full by the instalment payment date. If you miss an instalment payment, then you agree that all amounts under this agreement become due and owing and must be paid to us immediately, without off-set, counterclaim or delay. If any payment dates are not met, we reserve the right to require immediate payment in full or to cancel this agreement and no refund or credit will be given.

 

Circumstances

If for any reason you cannot attend a Masterclass or a bootcamp we will have the option for you to view the whole session online as it will be recorded. We cannot refund or extend the payment terms under this agreement under such circumstances. If you need to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 Session with Francesca, you need to do so at least 7days prior the session, otherwise we won’t be able to accommodate your request, and all amounts under this agreement will still be payable.

 

Force Majeure

If any services under this agreement need to be postponed due to an “act of God” or an act of nature or other circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes or cancellation of flights, we will notify you as soon as we can of the postponement and the alternative dates.

Confidentiality and Respect

As a representative of Empowering Events Pty Ltd, I (Francesca) realise that anything the client shares with me is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. I undertake not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares with me in a 1:1 session, unless I am required to do so by law, or when seeking legal advice in relation to the enforcement of this agreement.

All attendees agree to respect the privacy of other attendees, whether at the 2-day, or during online interactions. Sometimes sensitive information can be shared, and it is an essential term of this agreement that you are to treat each Mafia member with respect whether online or in person, and we expect them to treat you the same way.

All Mafia members need to follow our group rules which we can change from time to time. These will be shown on our meetup page and also on our Facebook page. These would say things like they need to treat other members with respect, even after they leave the group.

Sometimes social media (eg Meetup / Facebook) have particular requirements or change their rules. Of course, I have no control over these rules and do my best to show you how to make best use of social media within their rules, to help you grow your field of influence.

 

Intellectual Property

I am generous with sharing my methods and plans with Mafia members. Please understand that this information is my intellectual property and shared with you and taught to you to help you create and attract an incredible following. This intellectual property and my plans, methods and documentation may not be shared with anyone else, or used for any other purpose, such as teaching these methods to others.

 

Insurance

My 2-days are held in locations that I trust, but please make sure that you have your own insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of damage or loss of property or personal injury when attending my events, as I will not be responsible for any such damage or costs.

Membership

Includes all listed in the VIP Membership. The client enters into the program with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating you own results. An outline of the Program inclusions is on the last page of this agreement.

 

Your commitment

I will be teaching you techniques to build your following and increase your network. I do not provide financial or business advice and do not advise on making business choices.

The purpose of this membership is to teach you techniques to raise your profile, position you as an expert in your field and increase your network. It is an ongoing process and it is something that does require ongoing effort. By increasing your contacts and developing relationships with them, you generally also increase your income. Please understand that this does not happen overnight and I do not guarantee a particular % increase in your customer base.

By entering into this agreement, you are committing to learn as much as possible and grow your following exponentially, you must be prepared to challenge yourself in a way that you may not have so far. Your commitment to the coaching relationship will make the difference and as your mentor, I will play at 100% during the program with you and I stand by my services.

I will teach you processes and tools that have worked in my own business. Other business owners have had very good success with these tools also. It is important to remember that if you skip steps that I teach or do not follow the processes, you will not have much success because of only following part of my system. To get the best results, I recommend that you follow my entire system. If you need to change something, please discuss it with me and I will see if I can help you with a different way to do things. Results will vary depending on how closely you follow my systems, how much you interact with the Mafia family (online and in person), and the differing needs of your particular industry.

Your attendance to 3 VIP Masterclasses will start once you have attended and completed the Follow Me 2 Day Intensive Workshop, you are also invited to attend the following “bonus” sessions 2 Bootcamps and monthly webinars. For best results, I recommend that you attend all “bonus” sessions.

 

Legal Information

Should any provision of this agreement be held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, and unenforceable or in conflict with any rule, statute, ordinance or regulation the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

As we are based in Queensland, Australia, any dispute or issue of interpretation about this agreement or any related agreement will be determined by the laws of Queensland, and in the Queensland courts (in the unlikely event that a court is required to determine the issues).
