Ep #60: Is COVID Really Still A Thing?

I’m not here to talk about the theories, conspiracies, and whatsoever about COVID as I am not an expert and merely an audience and observer. What I’m going to talk about is how COVID changed our businesses and some of our daily routines. 

As for my business, it kind of really affected us as we can longer hold Live events the way we used to before, we limited the attendees, we can’t interact much with each other, and the worst part is…

We can’t avoid this whole COVID thing and this is shutting us down. 

Last year, a lot of businesses closed as more and more cases have been reported. Many of us were scared to go out; we don’t go to restaurants anymore, we can’t attend face-to-face seminars, jobs, or any work-related events as lockdown has been enforced; some businesses even let go some of their employees due to business not doing well.

In short, a lot of us have been affected. Some of them gave up easily, some strived hard ‘til now and some achieved success because they used platforms other people didn’t think of using.

Like maximizing the use of Facebook, Instagram, Websites, and many more. I was once one of those who were about to give up but luckily, we managed to make our Online events BOOM just like how our Live events once BOOMED.

We’ve been converting clients from online events and gave them the same value and impact as we did in person. Also, I’ve noticed that we have much more attendees and reach from our online events.

That’s why even though we’re slowly going back to normal (which now is not the time, as we have threats again but still manageable.) Slowly but surely, we’ll be COVID-free again. And let’s believe that it’ll happen sooner rather than later.
