Do you understand your marketing funnel??
If you are not getting clients consistently moving down your funnel, then it’s safe to assume it is not set up properly!! I’ve noticed many business owners do not understand their funnel, so how can they expect people to buy their products if they don’t know themselves??!! All you need is clarity and to keep it simple!! Which is why I want to explain my funnel and why it’s set up the way it is, so you can do the same.
The top of your funnel is all about getting a large audience (you need quantity over quality here). This is where you go crazy on your social media, podcasts, etc, all your free stuff!! This will get people to go into the middle of your funnel to a low cost service or program like a half day workshop and then a 2-3 day workshop and then a retreat. On top of that, I have levels for each workshop – gold, VIP and abundance. All of these flows down the funnel. Take a look at an outline of my funnel:
However, when I was first starting out, it was even simpler!! It went from all the free value I gave away on social media to a 2-day workshop. Once I was able to get credibility from the two-day workshop, I was able to add the extra levels and keep adding new things every year.
